Skyline Exhibits Hires Director of Research, Design & Innovation
Pierre Menard Named To Build On Legacy Of Award-Winning Exhibit Product Design
ST. PAUL (August 2012) -- Skyline Exhibits, a leading designer and producer of exhibits and graphics for trade shows and marketing events, is pleased to announce the hiring of Pierre Menard as Director of Research, Design & Innovation. Menard brings to Skyline over 25 years of professional experience. He began his career as a welder, machinist and shop manager and progressed to leading engineering teams and developing proven processes to bring new and innovative products to market.
Menard attended the University of Minnesota and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Along with his education, Pierre is also responsible for several patents, has been published in a number of technical trade journal articles and has been a regular speaker at professional gatherings.
Menard most recently was in the photovoltaic industry, a method of generating electrical power by converting solar radiation into direct current electricity, where he managed a team in new product development for global solar industry.

Menard has a disciplined approach to problem solving and developed a formal brainstorm method to make sure the entire team's experience is tapped into. Menard is based at Skyline's International Design Center in St. Paul, Minnesota and will have an active role in product management and new product development while working with Skyline's design, engineering and product marketing teams.
